Management of Aggressive Behavior

This 1-hour course on managing aggressive behavior utilizes a branching menu to direct learners through various topics and strategies to de-escalate situations that have the potential to become violent in the workplace. It includes live action video demonstrations, scenario-based questions, and an assessment which awards the learner with a certification upon completion.
