Planning Your Career @ SAP is a self-paced program to help employees think about their career and decided where they would like to go next, whether it be expanding upon their current profession or changing career paths completely. This program is built around four cyclical steps; get to know yourself better, explore your options, plan your development, and act on your plan. This Jam page was designed to give the users an overview of each of the four steps and introduce them to the material, both with the text on the page and the overview videos. Having both text to read and a video to watch compliments different learning style for different users.
